As a Communications Data Investigator you will be required to advise and assist officers, senior officers and external partners in all aspects of investigations relating to communications data. Ensure the Force is RIPA 2000 (Regulation of Investigatory Powers Act) & IPA 2016 (Investigatory Powers Act) compliant and produce documentation to assist the above processes. Acquire communications data from communications service providers. Training will be given in all aspects of this area.
