As part of the ongoing development of the technology solutions implemented recently, this role will support the ongoing design and development to maximise the most efficient and effective ways of working. The role will utilise their operational credibility and organisational knowledge to recognise organisational risks and issues, to embed new capabilities and realise benefits.
This role will primarily be focused on Niche Crime modules, but will also provide support to other members of the team working on Controlworks and Pronto.
