To install, conduct advance programming, upgrade, repair and perform fault diagnosis on infrastructure communications systems to deliver an effective service as defined in Force service Level Agreement, Systems include:
• Telephony systems incl. voicemail and eFax
• Call Centre Telephony systems including call routing
• Logging and Recording systems
• Gateway and Interfaces include 999 call delivery
• Video and environmental solutions
• Microwave systems
• Radio systems
• Mobile data and Access technologies
• Data Centre technologies and installations
• Network and Events monitoring systems
• Time sources
• WAN and LAN
• Emergency and resilient communications
