Senior Building Services Engineer

If you have the knowledge and technical ability of both mechanical and electrical disciplines along with excellent communication skills to meet wide stakeholder needs you will thrive in this role.

To apply, you must have a BEng or MEng Degree in Building Services Engineering. It is essential to have/or are working towards professional registration of IEng or CEng and CIBSE/ IET.

Experience of management/recruitment/engagement of technical and professional staff and consultants.

With the experience of undertaking and overseeing mechanical and electrical engineering design work, you will be preparing strategic reports and specifications by utilising your background and experience of working in a busy building focussed Estates team.
