The Police and Crime Commissioner (PCC) for Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland is looking for a Performance and Assurance Officer.
Working within this team you really will be making a difference to the communities of Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland. You will be providing accurate information and analysis that will support the delivery of the Police and Crime Commissioners Plan.
Using your skills within an analytical or research environment you will provide information to help draw conclusions and recommendations as well as influencing the decision making within the team.
All working towards the OPCC goals and priorities to keep our communities safe.
You will attend meetings with partners and stakeholders to maintain effective relationships and to enable you to deliver, design and evaluate the programme of activity by which the Police and Crime Commissioner holds Leicestershire Police accountable for.
This is a challenging and rewarding role where we will look to you to take a proactive approach, recognising and responding to the need for change, ensuring our priorities are met.
We face daily challenges to keep our communities safe but every day we make an impact! Come and be part of our team.
You must be able to travel for business purposes.
