Derbyshire Constabulary is one of the early adopters of the Police Constable Degree Apprenticeship. This opportunity comes as part of the national changes to police recruitment introduced by the College of Policing.
We are currently recruiting for the Police Constable Degree Apprenticeship (PCDA) to begin in September 2019. The PCDA is a new and exciting opportunity for driven and talented individuals to become paid police officers whilst gaining a BA Policing degree. The cost of the degree is funded by the force so there are no fees to pay and there is a starting salary of £18,000 for anyone completing the PCDA.
