Use your skills and knowledge to ensure our force has all its learning and development needs identified, prioritised, and implemented!

As our Workforce and Leadership Development Specialist you will be identifying high quality solutions to support career development, talent management and leadership development which meet current and future needs for our organisation.

You’ll be working in a team that supports the culture of professional development and prioritises learning, empowering our employees to be the best they can be.

What you’ll be doing

  • Contributing to the design, classroom-based delivery and evaluation of training and development interventions
  • Exploring creative solutions to training delivery
  • Continually look at new technologies and methodologies in workplace learning, with a view to develop new ways of working

The must haves

  • Be a CIPD qualified HR professional or hold a nationally recognised Learning & Development qualification at a minimum diploma level or significant experience at that level
  • Knowledge and experience of implementing a wide range of learning and development programmes
  • Experience of designing and implementing a talent management, organisation culture and leadership development frameworks

For part time hours the salary will be calculated on a pro-rata basis, this is based on the number of hours for the vacancy.
