Employment Solicitor

The Employment Solicitor will conduct litigation cases on behalf of police forces in the East Midlands in respect of claims to the Employment Tribunal. They will advise senior HR officials and senior Police Officers in relation to the full range of employment issues which may arise in relation to police officer and police staff members;
Managing a diverse caseload of advice and litigation in relation to employment law and associated issues applicable to an in-house legal team; Carrying out such other duties as may from time to time be desirable or of assistance to East Midlands Police Legal Services;
