Role Purpose:
The main purpose of this volunteer role is to support to the Dedicated Neighbourhood Teams.
Some of the tasks we would like your help with:
• Attending/arranging meetings/visits and providing support at arranged meetings/visits
• Involvement in crime prevention initiatives, including identifying areas requiring intervention, conducting home security visits, distributing leaflets, etc.
• Working with partners to solve locally identified problems
• Conducting telephone call backs on behalf of local officers
• Arranging/attending community based events
• Administrative support
• Involvement in other locally based operations
