Role Purpose:
The main purpose of this Volunteer role is to provide support as an Adult Leader for a Unit(s) of Volunteer Police Cadets (VPC).
Some of the tasks we would like your help with:
• Regularly attend VPC evenings, to aid delivery of the Force’s VPC programme.
• Assist the organisation and planning of the VPC programme, in support of the Lead Coordinator.
• Actively support Police & Partner Operations, through personal involvement & supervision of deployed Police Cadets.
• Actively support Social Action volunteering in the community, through personal involvement & supervision of deployed Police Cadets.
• Assist the personal development of the young people engaged on the VPC programme, through your commitment to the cause and ability to be a positive role-model.
