Are you an experienced Team Coordinator or maybe a senior administrator that understands the importance of working with a confidential environment?

The role will be an agile working pattern with some days in the office at our headquarters in Ripley.

What will the role involve?
The Team Coordinator will report primarily to the HR Director but will also have wider team responsibilities. The role is responsible for core administration, manage the diaries of the management team and able to respond to routine queries and issues, whilst offering an exceptional level of support. We are looking for someone who is bright, trustworthy and ultimately has a desire to learn.

No two days will be the same. You'll need to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple requests, ever-changing diaries, meetings and appointments whilst taking complete ownership of pieces of work. Due to this, you will need to be able to work independently and use your own initiative.

You’ll liaise daily with colleagues across the organisation and externally, including at a senior level, building strong relationships and becoming a vital/valued point of contact.

Who are we looking for?
You’ll be an experienced team coordinator or senior administrator who takes pride in delivering to the highest standards.

You’ll use your own initiative and judgement from knowledge of key issues as to what action needs to be taken and when more complex issues require escalation.

You will have the ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines whilst still working with precision and a high level of attention to detail. Always one step ahead your incredible organisational skills will ensure you succeed in this fast-paced organisation.

With superb interpersonal and communication skills, you'll be at ease working as part of a team, and can liaise with people at all levels.

With initiative and a confident approach, you'll work quickly and efficiently with minimal direction, remaining level-headed and organised in a busy, fast paced environment.
