Help to keep Leicestershire Police the best it can be for our communities.
The Office of Police and Crime Commissioner are looking for a Reviews and Complaints Officer to join the team to help with the coordination and process of reviews for public complaints.
Working closely with the Police and Crime Commissioner you will make recommendations on each case ensuring that lessons are learnt and best practice is fed back to the force.
Using your highly effective communication skills you will constructively challenge existing practices and communicate with individuals who are dissatisfied with the service they have received.
Having previous experience of dealing with and handling complaints you will be conducting full investigations, reviews and providing recommendations ensuring our officers and the force are effective and keep our communities safe.
