This online session will give you an informative insight into becoming a Contact Management Operator and what is takes to really help serve your community and help to keep Derbyshire safer.
Being a CMO can be challenging at times, but no two days are the same! You will work independently and within a team to help serve your community and provide the best police service. You will help during major incidents and be the first point of call for those in need.
