Customer Care Volunteer

The customers of the Constabulary are the people of Derbyshire. We are committed to providing a high quality, consistent and reliable service to our customers. Reacting to their needs and putting communities first is vital to effectively policing the county and ensuring the safety of the public. We welcome volunteers to help us ensure that we provide the best service that we can. There are a range of activities for volunteers to help us enhance the service we provide; from providing feedback for our call handlers to surveying victim satisfaction to supporting our engagement with vulnerable groups. All of these activities will contribute to strengthening the communities of Derbyshire and improving the service the Police provide to them.
