Come and be part of a progressive and dedicated team; EMSOU HR Corporate Services are looking to recruit a HR Advisor on a 37 hours, full time, permanent basis.
EMSOU is one of the largest collaborative policing units in the country, delivering specialist capabilities on behalf of the five East Midlands police forces. EMSOU focuses on intelligence gathering and the disruption and investigation of serious and organised crime.
While we're not on the frontline the work the HR team contributes directly to providing an effective policing service, keeping the people of the East Midlands safer.
You will provide a professional HR service to achieve the business objectives by providing an effective, proactive and efficient HR service within EMSOU.
You will correspond with Chief Officers, Regional Units, Senior Manager; All levels of Officers & Staff, Trade Unions, Staff Associations, Regional Police Units, External agencies, Other Forces, Other public bodies & members of the community.
Our police staff work side by side with police officers and make a real difference to people’s lives.
Due to the nature of vetting clearance required for this role you must have 5 years continuous residency in the UK.
