Applications are being invited for the role of Audit & Compliance Officer. The role is full-time and permanent.
The primary functions are to carry out Risk Assessments (RAs) and write Risk Assessments, Policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in the specialist areas of Armed Policing, Dogs, Roads Policing including SCIU, Public Order and CBRN across the EMOpSS policing area.
Carry out Quality Assurance and Compliance checks against those RAs, Policies and SOPs making recommendations for change/development to ensure best practice at all times.
To support the production of Strategic Threat & Risk Assessments (STRAs), in the core areas of business for EMOpSS, and where agreed on behalf of the five East Midlands forces.
Please note, access to transport and a willingness to travel regionally and nationally as required, is essential.
