Service Improvement Support Officer

To support the force Service Improvement Unit in the planning, preparation, delivery and monitoring of processes and practices that support force service delivery and continuous improvement. Liaise with internal and external stakeholder to gather information and data to ensure that policies, procedures and practices are relevant and up to date. To support the forces partnerships and collaborations with the continuous development of evidence bases that support local and national policing requirements.
