If so, we are looking for committed Telephone Researchers to carry out structured telephone interviews with the public. The role is diverse and offers a wide range of variety. 

About the role:
Part time, 12 hours per week.
All hours must be worked Monday to Thursday, 6pm to 9pm from our Force Headquarters, Enderby, Leicestershire.
The role is office based due to the nature of the work and therefore remote working can not be offered.
For part time hours the salary advertised will be calculated on a pro-rata basis, based on the number of hours for the vacancy.

As a force, we are always looking at ways we can continuously improve, not just to prevent crime from happening in the first place but also to provide a service and a workforce that is fit for the future, dynamic and efficient; this role plays a key part in that, helping us to gather feedback from victims of crime and incidents to make ongoing improvements.

Working as part of a team, you will guide victims through a survey script, gathering clear and accurate information about the service they received. An excellent communicator, empathetic, patient and polite, you’ll maintain a professional and courteous attitude at all times, as you probe for answers and gather feedback from participants.

Experience of working with members of the public would be advantageous and strong Microsoft Office skills, in particular Excel, is vital. If you have emotional resilience and can embodying the force values then we can offer you the training you will need to be successful in this role, as well as ongoing support from a great team.
