The East Midlands Specialist Learning and Development Hub are looking for a Qualifications & Assessment Officer to join their team in Northampton on a part-time working 3 days a week (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday -we can be flexible) on a permanent basis.

Working within the East Midlands Specialist Learning and Development Hub means that we’re supporting the force as a whole to achieve the high standards of performance and training and ensuring the accredited assessment centre complies with our regulations.

As a Qualifications & Assessment Officer you will be responsible for the assessment and internal quality assurance of qualifications and assessment frameworks that are completed by our officers and staff.

You will lead on the development and implementation of existing qualifications, assessments and the introduction of new qualifications on behalf of the whole region. Taking accountability for performance development and the delivery of the assessments.

As a qualified assessor you will have the experience to coordinate and manage the professional qualifications framework as well as using your knowledge of structured work-based assessments to evaluate and monitor how we deliver the training.
