The successful candidate will be a self-starter, effective organiser and experienced HR administrator, with experience in using Microsoft Office and be able to provide a full administrative support to two regional forces. You will also be an excellent communicator, able to deal confidentially with employees and line managers at all levels.
As our HR Services Officer here’s what we’re looking for:
• Ideally - someone with experience in HR processes, giving generalist advice on recruitment, training, employee relations and post-employment matters.
• Experience in communicating confidently and professionally over the telephone and face-to-face.
• You will be highly organised and meticulous about detail around accurate information and data records.
• You will be a team player who is able to work with colleagues at all levels throughout the force.
• GCSE in English language Grade C/4, above and or equivalent, or demonstrates previous experience in preparing written correspondence and communicating with internal can external customers in writing.
• Confidence using Microsoft office suite, office outlook and other computerised databases
