We are looking for a motivated individual, with excellent communication skills to join our team as a Customer Care Advisor.

The successful applicant will be able to work to strict deadlines, whilst maintaining a high level of accuracy and will have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office. Experience of working within a confidential environment and using own initiative to solve problems are also essential for the role.

The purpose of the Customer Care Advisor role is to deal with enquiries from customers, both internal and external, in relation to various functions carried out throughout the Road Safety Unit, providing advice and guidance as appropriate by telephone and replying to correspondence received by a variety of means.
