The East Midlands Specialist Learning and Development Hub are looking for a Compliance & Quality Officer to join their team on a full-time permanent basis.
Working within the East Midlands Specialist Learning and Development Hub means that we’re always looking ahead to improve the performance of our organisation, and ensure we support the learning and development departments of our forces as a whole.
As a Compliance & Quality Officer you will work closely with our East Midlands forces to ensure that all their programmes are in line with the agreed frameworks and support the quality assurance strategy.
Using your knowledge and skills within quality assurance and learning and development you will help to monitor and manage the continuous improvement of our systems and processes within this area.
You will measure the contribution of learning and development activities to improve ours and the forces organisational performance and look ahead to ensure we all meet the national standards.
