An opportunity has arisen to join the Violence & Complex Crime Unit within Crime & Intelligence as a Serious Violence Cohort Co-ordinator. based at Force Headquarters on a full-time Fixed Term basis to 31/03/2023 (with the possibility of an extension to 31/03/2025).
As a Serious Violence Cohort Co-ordinator, you will manage people at the greatest risk of violence by close liaison with Police internal departments and with external partners. You will take an active part in multi-agency meetings in order to identify opportunities to target and disrupt the activities of people at the greatest risk of violence.
You will also prepare and produce intelligence packages in relation to the Management of people at the greatest risk of violence and both emerging and current Force threats and share where appropriate both internally and with Partner agencies.
