If so, we have a role for you….
We are looking for a Financial Services Manager to join us at Force Headquarters on a full time, permanent basis.

As the Financial Services Manager, you will provide a fundamental and integral service in a role that offers huge variety. As well as managing the Finance Operations Team Leader, you will take ownership of the exchequer services and managing financial transactions both in and out of the organisation. You will take the lead in finance projects ensuring that the department manages its business at maximum efficiency.

To be successful in this role, you will have proven experience within financial services or a relevant qualification such as a degree in a related subject or an Association of Accounting Technician (AAT) qualification. You’ll have experience of managing a controlled financial environment including creditors, debtors, procurement, banking, payroll and expenses and be able to pro-actively respond to financial issues as they arise.

By leading and motivating a team you will ensure a continuously high-quality service is delivered and that deadlines are met. You’ll be a proficient user of Microsoft Office, have a keen eye for detail and high level of accuracy. As a strong communicator, you will be confident in speaking effectively at all levels, liaising with internal and external customers and agencies.
