To interrogate a variety of databases and documents in order to conduct research into applicant’s and their family members. To formulate accurate file summaries based on the relevance of the findings and to assist, as required, with vetting interviews and low risk decision making. To undertake a variety of associated administrative tasks, process correspondence and accurately maintain associated records.
