Derbyshire Constabulary have an exciting opportunity to join the Learning and Development team as a Planning Co-ordinator on a part-time, permanent basis. In this role, you will be producing full annual training plans and scheduling learning and development activities in line with planning processes and priorities.
Using your excellent communication skills, you will provide advice and guidance where needed and in the training of new members of the team. You will build relationships will internal and external stakeholders to understand new trends, innovations and practices and apply these to service delivery and organisational development.
