Can you help to shape the future of Derbyshire Constabulary?

Come and join our forward thinking and innovative team as a Business Analyst on a full time, permanent basis.

We're not the largest of forces but we make the headlines because we aren't afraid to try new approaches, guided by our principles of doing the right thing, making a difference and shaping the future.

As a valued member of the Business Change and Innovation team, you will take responsibility for delivering business improvements and change, providing solutions for current and future organisational problems.

Driven by achieving results, you will identify and drive change at the organisational level by delivering analysis and recommendations to our strategic initiatives. However you will also play a vital role in our agile innovation programme, working in virtual teams alongside problem owners from across Derbyshire Constabulary to rapidly deliver creative solutions to local problems.

Being highly organised and adaptable, you will manage multiple projects concurrently and have practical experience of initiating projects through to successful completion. Working closely with specialists and stakeholders across the organisation to achieve a common goal of 'Making Derbyshire Safer Together'.

We want our staff to feel valued and rewarded, which is why we offer a generous rewards and benefit scheme with competitive government workplace pensions, free onsite parking and extensive discounts at a range of businesses including access to the Blue Light Card and our ‘Boost’ employee benefits scheme.
