Support our people to provide an effective policing service to Leicestershire.
We are looking for Level 5 CIPD qualified HR Practitioners to join our team on a part-time, permanent basis 22.2 hours per week.
This is a great opportunity to develop your skills in a policing environment, where you will receive on the job learning and support from an experienced team, as you gain an understanding of the employment framework for police officers and staff.
As a HR Practitioner, you will support the HR Business Partner in achieving business objectives by providing an effective, pro-active and efficient HR service.
Using your previous experience of managing a wide range of generalist HR issues, you will provide operational HR support, advice and case management, delivering an effective customer service to Departmental Heads, Managers and staff members

Starting salary will be dependent on your current CIPD qualification level. You should currently hold the CIPD Level 5 qualification and be a member of the CIPD.
