Workplace & Mobility Engineer

The W&M team is responsible for but not limited to (support of): Cloud based Services (AaaS), End User devices, Client Operating Systems, Email clients, Unified Communications clients, Virtual and rich client software applications, Mobile technologies and Software asset management. The team resolves complex issues and provides installations, moves, additions, changes and de-installations. Ensures user satisfaction by providing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting and quickly resolving problems. The team focuses on managing mobile devices and PCs in an innovative way that enables the force and eases the burden on IS — including services for Windows 10, Enterprise Mobility Management, cloud and virtualized desktop applications.
