Do you have excellent administration skills with an attention to detail?

Leicestershire Police are looking to recruit a permanent part-time Substance Misuse Team Administrator, within their VCCU Offender Management (IOM) Department, to help maintain the administration for Drug Testing on Arrest (DToA) and other functions of our Substance Misuse Team.  You will be working 18.5 hours per week, based at Euston Street, the working days are not set in stone, and there can be flexibility around these.

Using your attention to detail you will prepare information to be sent to outside agencies, collect drug test information, and maintain/update spreadsheets. With your excellent communication skills you will deal with internal and external queries and requests for information relative to drug tests and give advice to Detention Officers on drug testing and recording tests.  

As an Administrator for the Substance Misuse Team you must be flexible in terms of working location and be prepared to work temporarily at other locations within the force.  

Please note there may be the requirement to lift, move and carry items of stationery between buildings when required using
moving equipment provided by Leicestershire Police.

For part time hours the salary will be calculated on a pro-rata basis, this is based on the number of hours for the vacancy.
