Can you provide leadership and management to our regional Crime Scene Investigation Team?

We are looking for a CSI Operations Manager to lead our crime scene investigation team ensuring an effective local and regional services by maximising forensic opportunities to aid the investigative and criminal justice process.

You will be providing operational efficiency, specialist technical and tactical advice and ensuring the continuous improvement of current and future innovations.

Being a strong and visible leader, you will provide training and development to the team, identifying any career development opportunities and maintaining the standards within the department.

You will coordinate crime scenes for complex, serious and major crime ensuring the effective delivery of crime scene strategies and forming part of the Forensic Management Team for major investigations.

You’ll be carrying out extensive investigations, working with other regional specialists and using covert tactics, providing advice and guidance.
