We are looking for Recruitment Officers to join our Shared HR Service Centre to deliver a customer focussed, effective and efficient recruitment service on behalf of Derbyshire Constabulary, Leicestershire Police and East Midlands Special Operations Unit (EMSOU). This is your chance to work within a vibrant and supportive team, that sit at the heart of our policing family by supporting and serving our people.
To be successful in this role, you will be a resilient self-starter, an effective organiser and have experience in a HR/Recruitment role or similar environment. As an excellent communicator, you will be able to deal confidently with internal and external customers verbally; over the telephone or face to face, and in writing. You will work with accuracy and attention to detail, ensuring maintenance of information and integrity of data records.
As a representative of HR, you will uphold the high standards of the department and the force, prioritising your work to meet our agreed deadlines and delivery standards, whilst also maintaining confidentiality. You’ll be working alongside a variety of highly motivated, ambitious and capable people in a forward thinking organisation.
