Come and be part of a progressive and dedicated team; EMSOU Corporate Services are looking to recruit a Regional Performance Analyst, on a part-time, permanent basis.

The Regional Performance Analyst role sits within the Performance and Tasking Team within the East Midlands Special Operations Unit (EMSOU). One of the largest collaborative units of its kind in the country, with over 1000 employees, the East Midlands Special Operations Unit (EMSOU) delivers specialist capabilities on behalf of the five forces - Derbyshire, Leicestershire, Lincolnshire, Nottinghamshire and Northamptonshire.

EMSOU is made up of teams dealing with Counter Terrorism, Regional Organised Crime, Major Crime, Forensic Services, Legal Services and a Regional Review Unit.

You will be part of a growing team tasked to deliver effective performance insights for the EMSOU Senior Management Team to help drive continuous improvement, service delivery and influence decision making at a strategic level.

You will provide appropriate, timely, relevant and accurate analysis to support national reporting and regional performance meetings to allow for effective and informed decision making. Understand the current risk, threat and harm from Serious and Organised crime across the region to measure our activity against it.

You will support and collaborate with colleagues across the business, other regional organised crime units and partner agencies to demonstrate ROCU response to serious and organised crime in line with its mission, objectives and strategy.

Due to the nature of vetting clearance required for this role you must have 5 years continuous residency in the UK.

Generally, office based, can work from other force sites or from home on an occasional or regular basis.

For part time hours the salary will be calculated on a pro-rata basis, this is based on the number of hours for the vacancy (18.5 hours).
