Being PIP 2 qualified and holding a nationally recognised Learning & Development qualification you will be providing effective investigative training to officers and staff, providing assessment, evaluation and development of training programmes.
With excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate others, you will be a key part of the development of our officers and staff to continuously improve their abilities not just to prevent crime from happening in the first place but to provide a service that is fit for the future.
